Possible L.A. Audition Opportunity

Guys -
Purple Melon is currently auditioning bass players. These guys are a 60's/70's influenced British 4 piece band who just lost their bass player. All in their early to mid 20's. Solid tunes, commercial sound, and were recently listed #2 under Billboard's bands to watch. I understand that these guys sell out the Roxy & other Sunset clubs whenever they play. They have backing and management. This is a very good opportunity for the right guy. I do believe they are a band on the brink.

Please note that image is very important to these guys, and I know for a fact that being a great, young bass player is not enough to get the gig. The guy they are replacing was the sex symbol of the band, so I have no doubt they are looking for someone to fill these shoes. He was also one of the vocalists.

Check them out on their website (below,) Facebook, whatever. I do not have any direct contact info, and have no ties to the band. They are looking to fill the position immediately, so don't wait.

Good luck!
