Posting pictures?

ok i admit it - i should know this but i forgot
someone remind me how to post a picture in a thread
not an attachment that someone has to open, and not an attached thumbnail that gets bigger in its own window when someone clicks it
no - i mean a nice big picture right there in the post
thanks so much - i looked in faq but i couldnt find it - someone told me long ago how to do it and now i forgot

I got that by doing [ img ] http://home.hvc.rr.com/raycer/strings.jpg [ /img ] without the spaces

you can also click the yellowish square below the "size" box up top of the reply box in advance mode, type the address of the pic and then click the yellow box again. It'll have the same result

thanks, but in the past i've been able to post pictures like that right from my pc, and i'm URL stupid
