| There's really no set rule for setting prices. Check ebay, see what they're going for used. And knock a few bucks off of that because you don't have the national exposure with using Craigslist or another local classified.
A Rickenbacker would fetch almost as much used as new, as long as it's in good shape. Also depends on color, demand for that color (black guitars are more common, generally sell for less, but are easier to get rid of than a blue, which is less common, and might be worth more, IF you can find a potential buyer)
It's all a matter of what people want, and what you have. Modifications -- don't expect to get any money out of them, and maybe even lose a few bucks depending on what you did.
