I've seen primus, the flying frog brigade, bucket of bernie brains, and les claypool. He never disappoints. Two of my favorite shows. When i saw primus at bonnarroo, they played frizzle fry from front to back. The when I saw Les Claypool at the HOB in Myrtle Beach, it was the day Syd Barrett died. He played Shine on you crazy diamond, and White Rabbit. It's going to be sick. The venue holds 2,400 or so people on two tiers.

Got to see them in late 2003 when they did the Seas of Cheese reunion tour- they played one set, followed by a second set where they played Sailing the Seas of Cheese album from beginning to end. Awesome show- doubt I could make this one though

Yeah, they got back together last summer with the original drummer Jay Lane. I've seen them probably about 6 times since then.

They just finished recording the new album, it's dropping sometime in May.

Primus suck!

I saw Claypool about a year back - very, very disturbing but I loved it...

I caught them at their Philly and NY shows last time around. Both were awesome shows! Seeing Primus live is like seeing a really good magic trick in person.

I've seen them at least 7 times. I saw the "Sailing The Seas of Cheese in it's entirety", tour ( Actually, that was Animals Should Not Try To Act Like People) a few years back too. Great show. They're coming to my favorite place in the world to see a concert and the place I saw them at last time, also the same place I saw the AIC "Acoustic Hour" show, The Pageant in St. Louis. Tickets go on sale Friday. Can't wait.

I'm bummed that they aren't coming anywhere near D.C/ Northern Virginia. The tour last year, same deal. And with Les's other groups, same flippin deal. I swear he has something against DC/ Virginia/ Maryland
