| Problems with posting on vBulletin Boards

I need some help on the following problem:
My internet subscriber service is ATT-Yahoo (formerly SBC-Yahoo). I typically use the browser supplied by ATT-Yahoo for e-mail and websurfing. A few months ago, I lost the capability to respond to posts on all forums that use the vBulletin software system when using the Browser supplied by ATT-Yahoo. I can start threads but just can't respond to them. I can respond to threads when using Internet Explorer as well as Firefox. Any ideas on what has gone wrong. I suspect that ATT-Yahoo changed a configuration on their browser without notification but I am clueless as to what to search for.
Any ideas on how to fix the ATT-Yahoo browser?
