Question Purchasing concert tickets from Internet resellers

Sign in to disble this ad
I would like to see the DMB in San Diego in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster only has very poor seats remaining. There are scads of Internet sites that offer great seats at not so great prices. I might be willing to pay the price; but, having never done this I don't know which sites are trustworthy.

Have you purchased tickets from these outfits and paid double or more the face value of a tickets? Did they deliver what they promised? What sites are the "Amazons" of ticket resellers? TIA

In Montana they have signs over bars that say,"Before engaging your mouth, make sure your mind is in gear!"

I had a great success with stubhub.com. They upgraded me to a better section when there were problems. But THEY called me personally on my cell phone to talk about it. It was a great experience. Plus, I got closer to Geddy! For less $$$!!

Thanks, Stubhub looked like the right place. But when you are throwing down the kind of cash they are asking, you would like to think the goods will show up.

Carter Beaufort is the best drummer in the world IMHO and I would like to be able to actually watch him play. Hey, Neil Pert ain't bad either.
