| Question about antennas for In-Ear Monitors

I know there's a few IEM users here so I'm hoping someone can help me.
I'm using a Sennheiser EW300 IEM system and the antenna is broken. Do all IEM's have the type/size antenna socket? In other words could I grab, say, a Sure IEM antenna and attach it to my Sennheiser system?
And if you could direct me to someone who can sell me a replacement antenna, that would be great.
