Question Rack power conditioners...but what about transformers??

Sign in to disble this ad
In the UK power conditioners only have IEC inputs. like so
This is very frustrating when you have to use something with a transformer like a lot of wirelesses have.
This may be a UK based problem because I believe American power conditioners have their actual 3 pin mains sockets on them. But I can't seem to find a UK version that does. I know you can buy rackmount 13A mains units but they tend to make a lot of noise and aren't usually surge protected. So ideally I need to find a power conditioner with IEC and 13A mains inputs .

Does anyone else share this problem or can anyone recommend a rack unit to fulfill my requirements?

Thanks
