If you look close it's only one guy. Bottom right he's all scruffy, bottom left he shaves everything but a goat, upper left he's clean, and upper right he put on a fake mustache and glasses. At about 2:22 the clean shaved version holds up the hat the porn star/trucker version in the upper right square is wearing. It took me a few views and a trip to his YouTube page to figure it out.

He has some videos on his YouTube page that are good too; he combines his beatbox talent with a loop machine to get some really cool stuff.
