| Really annoying fret buzz problem!

My Steve Harris P-bass has the strangest fret buzz problem right now. The 11th fret of the D string has the worst fret buzz. It's bad enough that it almost completely chokes the note (C#) off. Is this just a high fret? Why then does it buzz only on the one string? Ahhhh! This is driving me crazy!
