Really long cord, or which of these 2 wireless units

Ok, so I can either try and get a 30' cord, or patch my 3 10' cords together w/ 2 of these: http://www.thesourcecc.com/estore/Pr...roduct=2740887

Or, I can get 1 of 2 wireless units:

- Samson Airline Bass: http://www.samsontech.com/products/p...fm?prodID=1600
- Shure PG14 wireless guitar system: http://www.shure.com/ProAudio/Produc...o_pg14_content

From my research here and across the web I can say this for certain about the systems:
- Samson has greater battery life on transmitter (14 hr. vs. ~8 for the Shure unit)
- Shure has 10 selectable bands, Samson only has 1
- Shure comes w/ an ac adaptor for the receiver
- Samsons transmitter is more compact
- Shure seems to have wider freq. range (45Hz-15k +/-2 vs. 50Hz-15k +/-4)
- Price for both is really close

I really need opinions on this one. My setup right now precludes me being able to use anything comfortably but a 30'er, cablewise, right now. Would a w/l system be better? If so, which w/l system?

<- me pretty soon after thinking about this
