For the past week, I've been in the mood for music, but nothing seems to cut it. I've tried Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Rush, Iron Maiden, Metallica, and Isis. That basically covers every genre I listen to. Right now, I'm listening to Dream Theater because that's the closest I can get right now, but it still doesn't cut it. |

Astra - The Weirding
I would have suggested King Crimson, but foq1978 got there first.

Burst, Ghost Brigade, Elliot Smith, Captain Beyond, Dinosaur Jr., Spirit Caravan, Arctic Monkeys, Karnivool. Calexico, Explosions in the Sky, Godspeed you! Black Emperor, Eddie Veddar's Into the Wild soundtrack is quite good as well. |

Heavily Dream theater and nevermore influenced. Heck, while you're at it check out nevermore. Personally one of my favorite bands. |
