I don't really know howto describe it. Metal. (I am a metal noob here)
But not your typical metal. I want something with raspy type vocals (think death metal), grindcore blast beats, songs that don't just repeat themselves over and over again, short songs (under 2 minutes), and sludgy parts mixed in.
Does such a band exist?

Ed Gein. Anyone know any other bands similar to Ed Gein? The songs get a little long but otherwise, I am very happy.

Some songs are longer than I want. But, some real rippers.

couldn't get to myspace from work earlier, but here is their link. I have met the guitar player before. And used to work with the newer singer (not on recordings). Sadly, they aren't a band anymore.
