So I did a search, and nothing came up, so here it is.
I have a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy sound card. With the newest drivers for it I can't use the "What u hear" recording device (is will "mic" whatever you would hear from your speakers).
I reinstalled the older drivers for it, which allow you to use What u hear and was loving it. Recorded a few youtube licks and was able to slow them down and learn them with Audacity as well as turn them into mp3s and listen to stuff on the go.
Bad news is the older drivers do not allow for any other recording devices. I can't use my mic to talk with friends over skype, or record anything via the mic. I can use the mic with the newer drivers...
Are there any third party kind of drivers or a program that will let me record through both a microphone and "what u hear"?
Or any way I can like splice them together
