77 fender jazz bass (it was going for £1200... but i was 13)

Don't have any regrets from letting gear go.

But I do wish I hadn't passed up these opportunities (or just had the money at the time):

Not buying an early 70's SVT & 810 in amazing condition for £750.
Not buying a Marshall VBA400 + 412 cab in mint condition for £500.
Not buying a Peavey 5150 guitar combo for £150, again, mint condition.

but i dont hae any major regrets.
i like my gear now, and what i did to get it.
