"Simple Solution Cat Stain and Odor Remover"

My guitarist, Norm, says you can find it at PetsMart or another pet store. He said it's the only product that cleans the urine and doesn't allow the smell to just resurface at a later time

There is an answer! (edit: posted right after the above so maybe there are several answers!)

Luckily I haven't had to deal with any cat pee on an amp... since I banished him from the basement. We've used it around the house a couple of times and it has worked fine.

The simple Solution stuff works pretty good to clean it up,
this will keep it from happening again:

We use that too, though on carpets and furniture. Works pretty well!

Product called What Odor.

Billy Mays was promoting it on the show he had prior to his death. I tried it and the stuff works amazing. It's made from essential oils and has no chemicals and such that could do harm. About time to order more.

Works great on all kinds of pet odors, tennis shoes, etc etc etc.

Seriously.

if the grill comes off of the amp and will withstand water, put it in the drive and take a high pressure hose to it.I cleaned my peavey tko grill this way with pressure washer and let it dry, smell gone! wouldnt think tolex would be hard to clean, soap & water, dry it and armour all it.

Well, there's nothing you can do about it.

It's the cat's amp now
