ReverbNation glitches?

So, my ReverbNation account has been doing WEIRD things lately. WE started out at 172 on our local rock charts. Within a week, it was 130. The next day it was 112, the day after 96, and today 61. When I click on the overall list, we're ahead of bands that have 15,000 fans (we have 90) but when I click on their page, they're at number 28. We shouldn't be anywhere near that high at this point in time.

So today I log on, and look at my shows. We're in Saint Augustine Florida, and we have two shows in Jacksonville at a venue called the Pit. I look today, after having already set the shows, and they were set to Augusta, Georgia at a venue called Sector 7G. I have no clue why, I've never heard of the place. I can't figure out why this is happening. Any idea?

It seems to me contacting customer service at Reverbnation would be the best things to do. They will have a better chance of helping before we could here.

Have already contacted them. No response thus far. Meanwhile, we keep climbing the charts.

Also, when I went to delete the listings for Georgia (due to lack of an edit option) and a bunch of random bands had been added to the bill as well as new information. No one else has noticed anything like this?

Happened to me once. Band had no songs, wasn't even done forming yet. The page was just there because I could add as we went. All of a sudden, we, a band in MN, had a show in some other state, with a bunch of other bands. I had no idea why.

Anyone with a page can create a show and add bands and places as far as I can tell
