| Just relax, you're not done growing yet. You'll grow into the MIA fender over time, so it won't seem as chunky to you later on. Though, you could have saved some money by going with a MIM. The quality differences are negligible, and mim's cost about half of what they charge for a MIA (roughly $500 for a brand new mim).
It's fine if you like other basses. Many people don't just use ONE single bass, they may have many for different applications and different sounds. By the time you're in your mid-20's you'll probably have about 2-3 basses and a few different amps and effects. Don't regret the purchase you made, give it time. If you still don't like it later on, trade it or sell it towards/for something you like. There's always going to be time to do that later on if you still feel it's not the bass for you.
