Does anyone know of any websites that provides bass/amp/effects reviews,besides Harmony-Central??

Yeah duder... search function is your best friend on this website. And I'll bet you dollars to donuts that you get more usefull coherent information out of Talkbass than you will most other places. Most of the cats here can spell!!!

Yep......Search function IS my friend. BUT,it seems to me nobody posts reviews on TB no longer. It's been the same entries (pretty much) since I started frequenting this site!
Guys/Gals!!! Put some reviews on here,already!!!

Just ask your fellow TBers. Most of the time you will get unbiased opinions from players who actually use the product...again, most of the time
