Not rumor, fact. John confirmed it the other day.
No, he will not. As per the thread on this subject that already exists, Anthony mentioned in his bio that Dave left/was booted after making some advances towards Anthony that were not reciprocated. I can see that as being a bit of a deal breaker for letting him back into the band.
