Does anybody know a quick fix for a small rip in a paper speaker?

If it's a paper speaker....it shouldn't be that expensive to just replace the speaker. You can try a small piece of duct tape. It won't be a great fix, but it should get rid of most of the distortion that can be caused by a tear...I've done it before. Overall though, you'd probably be better off just replacing the speaker...

A small dab of rubber cement has worked for me before. Silicone sealant would work too. I recommend glue rather than duct tape...Use a little glue, shouldn't take much.
