Rover Banjos

Has anyone had experience with Rover banjos. Rover is a part of a company called Saga, at least I think. I've been looking at trying to learn to play plectrum banjo and they seem like the lowest price. I realize you get what you pay for, but if it is SX/Squier level of quality I have no problem with that. I don't want to have to change the tuners or anything like that just to make it playable. it's just something to fool around with and learn some chords. Thanks.
