"Sadowsky" and "IKEA" don't even belong in adjacent sentences...

So tonight I'm fiddling around in Photoshop with some Sadowsky designs, as I've recently had more trouble with my work-horse Franken-P/J and am thinking about just starting fresh with something much better. I have a nice Shoreline Gold PJ up on the screen and my wife wanders in... so I ask her, "What do you think of this Sadowsky?" And she slyly responds (knowing she's going to get me), "I like it. It's nice and clean, like an IKEA bass."

Ugghhhh.... Then she says, "I'm sorry, honey, did I ruin it for you?"

After a quick look back at the screen: "Nope, not in the least...."


(Makes me wonder, though: what would an IKEA bass look like? I know it would be made of particle board. And it would have a name like Lojrüv or something.)

It would come with instructions. You'd have a nice laminate finish. It would be cheap. "Collect 'Em all!"
