Sam Ash vs. Musicians Friend

I'm looking to buy a Fender Highway One Jazz bass in Honey blonde soon and I got some questions.

Whats the difference between Sam Ash and Musicians friend?

Whats the difference if I order later from Musicians Friend when they have it in stock (do they get it straight from manufacturer then ship it off?) ?

Both ship from large centrally located warehouses. No difference. If you want customer service, try Sweetwater, Bass Central, The Perfect Bass, etc. guys that sponser TB here.

I am not sure , but with MF i have bought 2 items that had to be returned. They sent me the return labels be email i printed them off , dropped the bass off at UPS and had a refund in a week its a pretty solid return policy and i recommend them.

Musician's Friend offers a 45 day return period and best price guarantee. They will beat a competitors price too. I have ordered from them more times than I can count and never been let down. Their customer service is spectacular! I get my gear a lot quicker from MF than most competitors. Try em out. I doubt you'll be disappointed. The Highway One's are a great buy too btw. I love mine!

I waited for a 20% off sale at MF before I bought my Highway One P.

And on a not-unrelated note, Honey Blonde is a lot more beige than yellow.
