In my continuing quest to as David Byrne said, "Find myself a city to live in.", I'm considering SD. Positives are 1. Weather 2. Close to Vegas (I won't have to relocate far) 3 Economy seems to be on the upswing.
I'm hoping to find a small good music community (i'm jazz and avant gard oriented), industrial space (NOT Loftominiums), I'm over 50 and will be single and sooo hetero  , and generally cool people.
Any advice?
