Saw the Beach Boys tonight

The Beach Boys played in my town tonight. It was Mike Love, Bruce Johnston, and the Beach Boys Band, backed by the Hartford Symphony Orchestra on some of the acoustic songs. It was a great show; they played all their hits. Mike Love has still got it. A big perk is that I'm a Police Explorer in my town, so we got in for free to do security/public communications detail. It was a great show.

I can't remember all of them, but some that stood out were "Surfin' USA", "Fun Fun, Fun", "Do You Want to Dance?", and "I Get Around".

Oh ! Did they do Barbara Ann? I love that song!!! Kinda cheesy but it's great. And hows about some Pet Sounds stuff?

I saw the Beach Boys in full almost 10 years ago, I was pretty young, but it kicked major ass.
