Score software

I have finally completed my 4AM transcription, but the sheet that I used is completely wrecked. I want to make a proper score (correct word?) of it, so I'm looking for a free pc program that I can use to do this. And I only want the notes, so no tab, because Powertab and GuitarPro 4 (which doesn't seem to have bass clef anyway) seem to automaticly deliver tab too...and thats not what I want.

Any suggestions?

You could try Lime - I've not tried it myself (I've been using Finale PrintMusic on Windows, which you have to pay for, and getting into Lilypond on Linux, which is good but requires some geek-skills) but I've heard good things about it.
