"311, I am ready to fight." Too funny.
This guy doesn't seem to be dealing very well with his 15 minutes being up..

Everyone in Orlando knows that Stapp is a punk. He's gotten in more than one brawl and had his @$$ handed to him.

That makes the Third story I have heard about him being a Jerk this week. I wounder if it has anything to do with his new solo album coming out.

P.S. Watch for him on spike TV somewhere. That is one of the storys i've heard he was being a real A$$ to the people and drunk as well.

I'm not a fan of Staph, but the security of the hotel said it was on camera, and 311 started the fight...

Scott Stapp has lost it. I personally think he's got some chemical imbalance. Nobody could be that big a jerk without some sort of manic depressive thing going on.

BTW, what Gard says is true. He hangs out around Orlando a lot, and nobody who's run into him has much good to say about him. It's pretty sad when you're the only person in your band anyone knows and they fire you.

Considering the way he was acting towards them, I don't blame them for finally losing it. He sought out trouble and was probably drunk; of course 311 should have been the better man and just ignored him blah blah blah. But considering the kind of things he was saying, I can't feel too sorry for him getting attacked; and in all honesty I would be totally down for kicking the crap out of Scott Stapp for fun.

I wish I would have been there to watch it. I would have grabbed a bucket of popcorn and a bladder buster for the show.

311 being confrontational?

I can see it...

Maybe...

If they've really cut back on the pot like they claim to have.

Hell, if Stapp was in my grill and I WAS high, I'd still swing at him.

He makes me think he's going to end up in porn.

God. Nothing screams "Rock is Dead" to me like every new (same) song Scott Stapp comes out with.

I obviously don't know all the details about what happened that night. But if someone was saying inappropriate things to my wife, the gloves would be off. I'm not a "fighter" or a hot head, but when you mess with someone elses family, someone is bound to loose an eye or get bitten.

Yeah... I just read the part where the security manager at the hotel said he didn't start it....but wouldn't be suprised if he did instigate..

....I live about a mile from Bass Central, in Florida, so I've heard a lot of things about him(none good), as Gard stated earlier..

FaithNoMan, hey, we used to be neighbors!

I lived just off Maitland & Ballard until the end of April, and worked at BC for 4+ years!

Hey Gard!

I'm Chris... all you guys were really cool to me, even though I'm a Rickaholic, and never made a big purchase from Bass Central....

..They even offered to buy me lunch when I was bumming around there one day!

I will someday, as I think a Wal would suit my fancy, too..but right now I'm looking for a car in the same price range, haha!

It sounds like you don't work there anymore, no?
