Shameless plug of girlfriend's original recording

Hi all,

Plugging a recording here. I'm not the bassist, but have stood in once or twice. My baby brother plays drums.

Track is "Winter" by Niamh Murphy / Foxglove. Band is about 6 months old and have sent their first EP for mastering lately.

Enjoy!

Café Irlandaise

They're up on facebook too.

Great sound, maybe I'll pick it up for my Wifey for Chrismas.

beautiful stuff - ethereal, hypnotic, and really intriguing vocals. Nicely recorded, too.
Like some of the other tracks, too, particularly "Sunkissed"
What a great project to be part of.

I liked it.
It is a tad reminiscent of PJ Harvey.
Good stuff!

One of my colleagues is taking a group of students to Ireland at the end of the week.

They've spent two week studying the history of the country. I linked him to the website and suggested he introduce them to the modern island.

Nice stuff here.
