My band, Ugly Ape, taped an interview for Aktive radio that will air Monday morning June 21st. We did a 15 min. interview with their morning show people and theyre going to play our first single 'Crystal Clear Comfort'.
We recorded the song in just a few hours, specifially for the radio. Bass & drums were done in 1 take. Guitar done in 1 take over the bass & drum tracks. Vocals done in 2 takes. And keys done on our engineer's own time. The end result is pretty swell, considering we threw it all together and finished it the day of the interview.
I'll post the track up on our myspace later today, but we'd really appreciate it if you could listen in. It'll air Monday Morning, and I think be available for listening all throughout the week of the 21st.
