Hey guys,
Looks like I'm going to lose my studio space at the end of the year. I've been in a sweetheart deal until now, so I can only complain about the timing.
Since I have to look for another space, I have been looking at a few places that are quite a bit more than what I pay now, so something has to give.
I'm looking for someone who wants to share a bit of space, perhaps use some of my studio gear, or even just needs a rehearsal space cheaper than what most places are charging. The specifics will need to be worked out, but right now I'm trying to judge interest in the type of arrangement in the Nashua, NH area. I'm trying to stay close to home to cut my commute time.
This could be a great opportunity for a freelance engineer, or a smaller studio to leverage a larger space and equipment.
