Hey guys its been a little while since Ive last been on but glad to see this sites still running strong.
So basically I'm living on the west coast right now but will be moving back to the east coast for college in about a month. Typically this wouldn't be an issue; just pack up the bags of clothes and go. Unfortunately, GAS has gotten the best of me so i also need to ship all of my gear along with the clothes and such. This includes 2 basses, a 4x10, a amp head, 60 watt combo amp, mini 12 watter amp, and a 6 space rack case. I'll also be bringing a few other things(golf clubs, bike, etc..) but will be keeping them at a family members house who lives somewhat close to the college.
Which brings up my question: Which way do you feel would be the best way to ship these things?
I'm open to all suggestions as of now but would like to focus primarily on cost and reliability. Im working a minimum wage job right now with shifting hours but have been saving for a bit. Also when my family moved here my poweramp (before i bought the rack case) had its rear rack ears bent in while it was in the shipping trailer.
Any comments, concerns, carrots, suggestions are welcome
