Shops in Nashville

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys. This Saturday, I'll be heading down to Nashville to pick up my brother from the airport. I'll have a few hours to kill before hand, so you guys have any recomendations for music shops down there? I know about the standard GC and Sam Ash, but I was hoping for something different this time. Anyone?

If you are wanting to look at basses and amps, I would skip Gruhn. They typically only have a handful of basses and the last time I was there, their selection was sad. They do have a great selection of acoustic guitars, if you like that sort of things.

The Low End is great, but you better check with Brian first to make sure he will be there. He typically travels to guitar shows on weekends and doesn't have regular shop hours.

Another recommendation for Corner Music. Decent selection of basses (G&L, Fender, Lull, Rob Allen, Yamaha, EB, etc) and amps (Genz Benz, Eden, Aguilar, Fender, etc)

Yeah. I was at The Low End just a few weekends ago. Thought it was awsome, but it was so recent another trip there wouldn't provide me with a lot of new things. I've always ment to check out Corner Music, and I plan on doing it this time around. Any other suggestions?

Corner Music is a must. I wish they had a store located in Memphis like that. They carry all the brands I love and brands that aren't available anywhere near Memphis.
