Hi guys, i am new here. i got a condition and i hope maybe you guys can give advice to me. I have a BDI21 (My bass - Multi effect - BDI21 - mixer/out ) should I use another DI Box before the signal goes to mixer/out?

you don't have to use a second di box.

Just like Jimmy said, You don't need another DI, the Behringer will do just fine.
