| He would only have to "accept payment" if you payed by credit card, and he hasn't set up his account to accept cards yet (with the accompanying extra fees). He might not have realized this - I had one seller who didn't twig this, and actually sent the item out. About 2 months later the payment "expired", and I got an embarased email asking me to pay again (which I did!).
He's probably just away for a couple of days, or busy with REAL life - maybe he's figuring out how to ship it, and is putting of processing it until he can actually send it. Anyway you've not got much to worry about - If he hasn't taken payment he hasn't got your money yet!, so you've got nothing to loose.
