I noticed at a practice today I had some pain in my left shoulder blade and shoulder. I think it might have to do with a combination of heavy backpack and this last weekend I played bass at two basketball games for school band and was constantly carring amps and percussion . Other than that I dont know what Is wrong . I have one of those Fender wide leather strap. I think it might not be helping the problem either. Do I just need to rest my shoulder or what? |
