Shure E2c headphones

I bought theese headphones a while back for use for my ipod,they are great headphones. I see that there are the same version sold as in ear monitors. I was wondering what if anythign I would need so I could plug these into my rig without blowing them out for late night practices.

I'd only plug them into your rig if it has a headphone output.

Or headphone amp, one or the other. Just don't plug it into say, your poweramp or something; headphones work at 32 ohms I think and it'd be overkill...
