Had a little mishap at work today and my finger got the worst of it. Smashed the hell out of the tip which caused blood to swell under the nail and I just finished draining the puss and blood after poking it with the good Ol' hot safety pin. Since I regularly use my hands at work I've learned over the years to take care of these tender little digits (the tips seem to act like scared turtle heads hiding in the shell when danger approaches) but today I got careless.
