Hey, if she likes it, why not? Especially if it gets her back to playing guitar.

Just make sure you pull the shades down and put your man card in the Cuisinart if you're gonna rock out on it.

I personally want a daisy rock daisy shapped bass. In sparkly pink.
PunkFNRock.
If your manhood is threatened by that guitar, you've no manhood to begin with.

Get it.
If you can visit a store that has one and check it out, better yet.

Daughter has one of this one(I'll probably inherit it), sounds great(Seymour Duncan designed pickups). The ONLY issue I found with it is mis-alignment on the pickup/E-string with the pole pieces.

Only you know if she would really play it and if you can afford to pick one up. But I wouldn't let the pink bother you. It'll be her guitar, not yours, right? She'll look cute with it!

My wife used to ask if I minded her feminine touches decorating our house, especially the bedroom. I never minded a bit. I like having that femininity around me, if you know what I mean. As long as I have a study or something for a masculine space, no problem at all.

Is she asking you to buy it for her? If that's the case, in my experience, when a girlfriend asks you to buy an instrument for them "because it's pretty and it'll make them want to pick it up and play", it usually means "it'll make a really great decoration on your guitar stand". I've got an avocado green, flying V ukelele that is taking up space on my guitar stand for the exact same reason.

If you're gonna buy her a guitar, get her a gold-top Epiphone Les Paul... on one hand, she'll find it pretty cause chicks LOVE sparkly gold stuff, and when her interest in learning how to play wains, you've got an affordably, cherry axe to shred on yourself.
