Lookin around town. Put in some contact info with a few realtors. Not really expecting much, as I have a few months before I gotta bail, and have even considered crashing at my parents house for a few months to save up some cash. I know, I know. Completely uncool, but I could go with a few extra grand at the end of the day. ;-)

Wanna know what's funny?
One of the Realtor's calls me up. I don't know this person. Young, probably in her 30's.
"Hey, you don't know me, but I know you. I stopped by your house a few months ago with a friend when you guys were throwing a house party and your band was playing."
Basically, she wanted to sell me a house.
I thought it was funny and very considerate of her. Met up with her and she gave me several folders each with a house in my price range.
The catch?
Each house has a sun room, or a foyer, or living room with a large... I dunno what you call it but it's like a big window that curves out of the house and has a step or two up with about 20x15 feet of space.
Guess that's what makes a good Realtor, knowing your customer.
She knew I'd need a place for the band to set up and play, so every house she showed me was in my price range and had plenty of room for jamming.
Now I just need to find out if she's single.
