So why can't I find this bass
 

A majority of the people here have been telling me to buy used gear. So for like the last year off and on I've been looking for a used Ibanez SR750. There are no used ones anywhere. I check the classifieds a couple times a week, they never have any. There has only been one sold here. Are these basses that good that people don't sell them or are there just not enough of them out there to sell. What do you think?

I will say that finding a particular bass can be tricky.

I liked my 5 string so much I looked for another like it to make fretless. Took almost 5 years, but I finally did. And, it made a nice fretless. ;)

Looks like (at least) one is out there waiting for you... ;)

Guitar Center has two used SR750's on their site right now.

Do you want the 750 specifically? instead of, say, a 550 or a Prestige?

This guy is trying to tell me it's going to cost over $100 for shipping. Are you kidding me. I shipped a cased bass from Detroit to San Diego for like $35 -$40.
