Software for slowing down music, etc.

From TB searches, I've seen info on the Amazing Slowdowner, Transcribe and a few others for slowing down music, changing pitch (or key) and other features. Are there any others out there that are good for these purposes? And what are the opinions on the best product under $100? I'm mainly looking at something that can slow down music while keeping pitch (and maintaining at least some quality) and for changing pitch if desired.

Audacity is a free audio editor that can change a recording's speed without changing pitch, among many other things.
