Ha., Ha . Ha ?
So easy to cast stones. I stretch my strings too, though I don't hang my bass off 'em. It does seem like fun.
Here's the rest of his lessons. http://hobbies.expertvillage.com/int...tar-basics.htm Now let's see everyone else's video bass lessons they've offered up for free? Uhh ...huh. Thought so. | OK, so the guy can play, but still... |

That's just how he plays and I thought he seemed pretty laid back. |

Some people like that are better off just shutting up and playing, and leaving the instructional videos to pro bassits who actually know what they're talking about and can accurately convey what they know.

For some reason, if you read Pac's post as if were being said by Robert Deniro, it's a lot funnier.
"I have nipples--can you milk me?"
Heh....I need more sleep.
FWIW, I am also pretty vigorous when I install new strings. I might not pick the bass up with the string and shake it, but, like Pacman, I come pretty close. Never had one break, and never really had any problems with the strings going out of tune after I stretch them out, either.
