"Night of the Iguana" by Joni Mitchell. An absolute stunner, but not one of her "big tunes", saying as its a new one!

I've always been a big fan of Peace On Earth by Lee Aaron. Not alot of people know it, but it's a pretty powerful tune.

The good song off Metallica's St Anger. AKAIK, no one has ever heard it.

Kevin Gilbert's "Tea For One" from his Thud album. Great imagery that I can (unfortunately) relate to.

Pretty much all of Karen Mantler's songs. Her parents are famous (Carla Bley, Michael Mantler, Steve Swallow) but Karen just couldn't get a break, slogging through obscurity and no money for many years and then finally giving up. There are not even any Karen Mantler vids on Youtube or free soundclips that I could find. But she was brilliant, and I sing along with most of her songs.

Wow, Karen Mantler, haven't thought of her in ages. She certainly di drop off tha map! I'm a huge fan of the whole Watt/XtraWatt, Bley/Mantler, Swallow family, so I'll nominate the Sinking Spell fom Michael Mantler's album the Hapless Child, his settings of some of Edward Gorey's stories
