I'm getting a MIA Jazz Bass with Ash Body (Sunset Orange Color is the only ash body one) and maple fretboard. Passive, BTW, not a big active fan, I use outboard pres, not onboard.

I am TOTALLY GAS FREE and won't be buying a bass for Christmas.

OTOH, If one of these becomes available at a nice price, I may not be able to control myself.

Since this thread is really about multiple items and not just Basses, I am moving it to MISC.

BTW, this is not my GAS. This is what I'm getting. It's Christmas and Birthday combined, I'm not that spoiled. LOL

my GAS would be almost erased if it weren't for my amp situation...just seven months without playing your own amp?
I am living it......if any Irish TB'ers wanna fix it..be my guest...

I only really want money for a semiacoustic bass.
Ideally a lined fretless acoustic bass, but I doubt I'll find any windowshopping. I'm not really one for internet purchases of this kind.

But I do have one in mind, one I tried out a month or so back. It was really, really awesome and played like a tickly girl - it sounded beautiful and made me feel really good.
