Awesome! 'Bout time. I used to live right around the corner from Blueberry Hill and have seen Berry perform live there many times.

Looks like he's bending over to watch the spy cam in the ladies restroom.

Cool! Talk about well-deserved!

I remember seeing "Hail Hail Rock'n'Roll" (nice documentary about Keith Richards putting together an all-star concert for Chuck). My favorite part was Jerry Lee Lewis recounting how even his own mama said Chuck was the King of Rock'n'Roll, not him or Elvis.

Mr. Berry was also convicted of violating the Mann Act (transporting women across state lines for naughtiness) and income tax evasion. Because of his record, some did not want his statue to be put on public property. I say, he created rock 'n roll, he is not a saint. He deserves the statue.

Cant wait to borrow my friends guitar and go imitate the statue! I Wanted to go to the ceremony but I didnt. I would like to see Chuck Berry even though I dont really care for his music. He is a legend and there is no denying that.

Chuck is great. Of course he deserves the statue. I think it happened more because of the residents and business owners in The Loop than because of the city of St. Louis.

Berry lives in Wentzville and owns many businesses there.
