He was convicted not too long ago of setting up a spy camera in the ladies room of some club and watching stuff. Mr. Berry was also convicted of violating the Mann Act (transporting women across state lines for naughtiness) and income tax evasion. Because of his record, some did not want his statue to be put on public property. I say, he created rock 'n roll, he is not a saint. He deserves the statue.
