Make sure the band is tight and well rehersed

Interact on stage with the other members of the band like you would in a team sport.

Eye contact with the drummer promotes the groove factor.

pay attention to your breathing.

Keep yourself in good physical condition like an athlete.

Remember that the ladies always like the bass player more than the guitarist or singer.
