I ordered pickups on a Sunday (holiday weekend too) and had them by Wednesday. Steve sent me an email to confirm the order, an email with the tracking number, an email when it was shipped and an email when it arrived.
My biggest beef with vendors is crappy communication and Steve's was perfect.
I will certainly be shopping there some more.
