Ok so i had a theroy that if you sanded down a bass, smoothed it out, covered it with stickers, clear coted it a buncha times, you would have a uniqe bass.
this is just a theroy and i dont know if its been done before(probably has i tried to search but didnt find anything) and if you have any tips to help me on my new conquest.(the thing below is a thing im posting on all the forums im on i cant really pay 1.00 a sticker)
"Ok so i have a massive request. I need like 1000 stickers or possible more. Im trying to stickerfy(fake word i know)my guitar(front back and side) So if you could drop me an email with about how many stickers you can donate(even one will be appriciated) and what they look like (im lookink for like black band stickers but also other colors like blue, white, red ect. I dont really have that much many(hey im a kid watta you expect) so the most i could do is send you back like .41 for the price of the stamp."

PM your address and we'll gladly throw you the hook-up. Los Blancos has three different stickers currently available (one of each?):
These are approx 1.25" x 4" (great stealth bomber sticker size, fits most anywhere, like helmets):
the red are about 4"x4":
these are also available in yellow and black and are 2.75" square:

All things being equal, don't let those people that think you're "sick" get you down. It's a combination of music and art that makes your mix! I love your idea and I hope it works out for you!

| | | | Ok change of plans ima just cover the pick guard and repaint the body making my sticker consumpion to about 100. If i wanted to do that what would be the best way to clear coar that? Take the neck off mask around the pickgaurd then clearcoar like 10 times? Then use low cut polish?

I would think that most stickers would stick to paint much better than they would to bare wood. Quote:

She just stuck them all over and they're holding fine. It actually looks pretty cool. I'll try to take some pictures sometime. |
