Store In Which To Play Around

Sign in to disble this ad
I live in Georgia, right near Atlanta, in the middle of the state, to be more accurate. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good stores that have lots of equipment, and allow people to come in, sit down, and play whatever they like. I have only been to the Jackson's Music about 10 minutes from my house, who are more business oriented, and aren't too happy about people just walking in and playing unless it ends in paying; and the MusicGoRound in Lilburn, which is a pretty nice place that is kinda what I'm looking for, but their store is a bit small, and it's about an hour away.

I ask because I have been playing bass for about a year and a half, and I have only played two Squier 4 strings so far, so I don't really know what I want to go for next (exempli gratia: fretless, extended range, acoustic), so I would like to go somewhere to test some guitars, and amps so I know where I really want to go from here.
